Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Reservation Fee:

1.1. Booking a tattoo appointment requires making a reservation at our studio, through our website, or by contacting the artist directly.

1.2. A deposit may be required to secure the appointment, and it must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final price.

2. Cancellations and Changes:

2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. Please check the cancellation policies with your artist. Without a doctor’s note, we do not refund deposits for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

2.2. Any changes to the appointment time or tattoo design must be agreed upon in advance with the Flow Tattoo Helsinki staff.

3. Tattoo Content and Client Responsibility:

3.1. The client is responsible for thoroughly confirming the tattoo design before it is started.

3.2. Flow Tattoo Helsinki does not perform tattoos on minors, even with parental consent.

4. Price and Payment:

4.1. The final tattoo price is determined by the size and duration of the work.

4.2. Payment is made at the time of the tattoo session by gift card, bank card, cash, MobilePay, or Klarna.

5. Hygiene and Safety:

5.1. All our tools are sterilized and handled according to hygiene standards.

5.2. Clients must follow the studio’s instructions and recommendations to avoid infections.

6. Complaints and Disputes:

6.1. Clients have the right to file a complaint about their tattoo within two weeks of its completion.

6.2. In case of disputes, we aim to resolve matters through negotiation.

7. Invalidity of the Agreement:

7.1. If any part of the agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms of the contract will remain valid.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

8.1. Flow Tattoo Helsinki reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions by announcing them on its website.

Piercing Terms and Conditions:

1. Piercing Booking:

1.1. Piercing appointments must be made directly with our piercer or via our website.

1.2. The cancellation policy applies to piercing bookings. If an appointment is canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, half of the service cost will be charged.

2. Age Limit for Piercings:

2.1. We perform piercings only on earlobes for clients under 14 years old, but at least 7 years old. Other piercings are only available to clients aged 14 and older. Clients under 16 must have parental consent, and the parent must be present. Certain piercings are only performed on those 18 and older.

3. Price and Payment:

3.1. The cost of a piercing varies depending on the jewelry and type of piercing. The price list is available at our studio.

3.2. Payment is made by gift card, bank card, cash, MobilePay, or Klarna.

Online Store Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Orders:

1.1. Product orders are made via our website by adding the desired items to the cart and completing the purchase at checkout.

1.2. The order is binding once it has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

2. Prices and Payment:

2.1. Product prices are clearly displayed on the website and include applicable VAT.

2.2. Payment is made at the time of purchase via online payment, credit card, or other available payment methods.

3. Shipping:

3.1. Shipping times and costs are provided at the time of purchase. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible within the stated time frame.

3.2. The customer is responsible for receiving the shipment and for any additional costs (e.g., customs fees, if the order is shipped abroad).

4. Returns and Exchanges:

4.1. Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

4.2. Product exchanges are possible under the same conditions if the product does not meet expectations or is defective.

5. Product Usage:

5.1. Customers must use products in accordance with instructions and recommendations. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products.

6. Privacy and Personal Data:

6.1. We collect and process personal data only for the purpose of order processing. Our privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. We are not responsible for any damage or harm caused by improper use or incorrect handling of the products.

8. Changes to the Online Store Terms and Conditions:

8.1. We reserve the right to amend the online store terms and conditions by announcing them on our website.
